So Delicious Strawberry Coconut

So Delicious Strawberry Coconut Yogurt is an interesting, not very creamy, but smooth yogurt. It has a kind of gelatinous sort of appearance when you first open it and stir it up. A nice thing about So Delicious Strawberry Coconut Yogurt are the little chunks of strawberry dispersed throughout.
As mentioned in previous yogurt reviews, I like to add a splash or two of non-dairy milk to my yogurt, mixed well, and I found this trick very useful for So Delicious Strawberry Coconut Yogurt. Firstly, So Delicious Strawberry Coconut Yogurt is quite thick, and the milk helps to thin it out a bit and give it a smoother, creamier consistency. Secondly, adding a splash of non-dairy milk made the yogurt a lighter colour, and it began to look and taste a bit like strawberries and cream! Nice.
When using this yogurt in the morning, I like to add various granolas (store-bought or homemade), frozen berries, fresh fruit, or even a sprinkle of cocoa nibs! I bet Love Crunch Strawberry Chocolate Granola would be a dreamy breakfast OR dessert.
So Delicious Strawberry Coconut Yogurt is overall a nice yogurt, similar to regular strawberry yogurt, but is definitely improved by adding a tablespoon or two of non-dairy milk such as this Earth’s Own Coconut Almond Milk used in the image below.
